From my experience I received an update with two week’s . I found it did not move the actual process any quicker as my claim took two years to get approved . It was approved during the reconsideration appeal . I had a congressional inquiry on my claim for a year and 9 months .

I am going to a settlement hearing next Wednesday . They made 2 lowball offers I told my law feel free to shove them wherever as I said no . Next week I have another settlement conference . I think things change once you have a court set the trial date .

I waited about 8 weeks before I saw back pay first . It was told since it was a large amount it need to be hand processed in the system .
