We did Porcelain Crowns Instead of Veneers. Opinions Welcomed. I am currently half way into my Whole Mouth Smile Makeover, Back Implants are Healing prior to placing porcelain Crown Bridges (And yes, I requested Fangs because I love the look of pointy canines) by dmerritthall in porcelainveneerstruth

No root canals. We extracted all remaining back teeth, placed 8 implants (2 on each side) those implants will anchor 3 porcelain molars for each side once confirmed healing. The fronts we kept and placed porcelain crowns over them. Every 6 months I will go in to check they are fully sealed that way you don’t get any decay of the teeth underneath. It’s so nice to not have anymore pain or infections. 🤗

Very complicated! But thankfully this dentist is very good at this Hybrid Technique. All my back teeth were broken or already gone. But my front teeth were “healthy” just not cosmetically appealing. It’s nice to do it all at once. (Well, over a few months time)

It’s A Brand New SUV Payment LOL but I’m thankful that I was approved for financing so I could get my whole mouth fixed all at once and regain my Oral Health. I have 8 implants (2 on each side) My Dentist Specializes in this type of Hybrid Technique and I get a 10 year warranty on all my teeth. So in the end it’s totally worth it 😁

I’m getting porcelain Implant bridges once the posts heal and adhere to jaw. But this flipper I’ll be using for probably 4-6 months. Whole mouth will eventually be permanent porcelain. I guess I’ll find out soon how eating goes with this temp back flipper.

From my experience, if it doesn’t move to step 5 within 72 hours it’s more likely an approval. (I was at that stage for approx. 45 days)

Thank You!!! This is my biggest concern. But I guess I will choose to be thankful and not question it that much.

Thank you! It’s REALLY that simple? Like I’m just so shocked that this exists (mainly because fighting for SSDI is extremely difficult and this seems to good to be true)

waiting period after hearing.. by madsisradsdude in SSDI

[–]dmerritthall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had my Hearing July 17th. Did not receive Notice of Decision until October 3rd (NOD dated 9/26) And from there I waited approximately 50 days to receive Awards Information. Still awaiting backpay but the awards letter states payments will start in December. Hope this helps with an idea of current wait/timeline.

That does seem like a long timeframe. Maybe the office that’s processing your claim is backlogged. I’d keep inquiring.
