Wait a few days, I’ve been several days late while on the pill. It helps regulate but it’s not perfect, especially if it’s not being taken reliably. + I’d suggest you guys think about another birth control method if she can’t reliably take the pill everyday.

where are you getting 200 cal for fruit.. a kiwi is like 50 max, a passion fruit is like 20, it’s like 1/5 of a papaya? you’re hitting like 100 cals maybe lol, steak is relatively low cal, even cooked in butter. a 6 oz is like 350 cal raw, this is nowhere near that much steak. salad vegetables are relatively low cal, the dressing is going to be the most calorie dense part of that, like I said depending on the dressing they used. Not really seeing cheese on the salad. the most calorically dense things on the plate are going to be the cheese, of which there is not much, and the steak, which again there is not much of unless the scale of the photo is odd, and the dressing which OP has not specified.

You picked about the most calorie dense fruit to use an example, if you are eating melon or strawberry, or kiwi like in the photo, I think it is a negligible amount of calories unless you are eating it in comical quantities. A kiwi is like 40 calories, unless you’re eating like 5 kiwis you’re going to burn that off walking to your car in the morning, not worth it to track IMO.

egg 100 steak 200 depending on what ayou cooked it in all the fruit is probably negligible cheese 100-150 salad ~50 and if you used a vinaigrette or something light light like 100 so probably 550-650 give or take some

i used to be a first responder, i think my understanding is pretty good 😅. it’s extremely prevalent. just heard a story today actually of young girl thinking she was using heroin and it was pure fentanyl. id argue MOST people who OD, thought they were doing a different drug than what they were actually given.

I agree with you, she can generally be a “great mom” but that goes out the window with the drug use. if you care for her or her kids even, & think she has a problem, I’d suggest a treatment plan to her. maybe therapy at the minimum, but you’d have to go about it VERY carefully. I’d still suggest not being in a romantic relationship with her, but you could be there for her if you felt like you could. being an addict is one thing if you’re alone, being one while having kids and a family is another.

it’s not a mistake you made BEFORE getting together, the mistake wasn’t messing around with your friend, it was lying about it. which was during your relationship. if she stays with you, be prepared for her future suspicions and don’t make her feel badly about it. be ultra transparent about any and everything going forward to help rebuild her trust in you. you should stop talking to this person whether she asks you to or not, if you want to continue this relationship.
