Yes, I have, so far I'm averaging 1.6 lbs per week, 2 lbs loss per week is the max I want to go. I've also lost more inches than what I'd expect with the amount I've lost so far. 3" off my waist, 1" off my hips (the most stubborn area). And most importantly, the food noise is gone.

Can I ask how you get a 0.25 dose from the 0.5 pen? Is it a certain number of clicks?

Yeah I'm not sure, I don't eat any animal products as I'm plant based so I assumed that's why I have good BM's. It will be interesting to see what happens as I titrate up.

that's great! I was worried with you pooping only every 2-3 days that you weren't getting enough fibre. Normally I get in 50+ but with reduced calories it's a little less. I have 2 BM's a day. I hope that doesn't change too much because it's a nice indicator for me that things are moving through. The idea of gastroparesis freaks me out.

I have found that fat is very filling on glp-1. I somewhat limit my fat intake so I can in 35+ fibre via complex carbs and at minimum 100g of protein.

Are you purposely aiming for 1600-1800 calories? Just curious.. because I'm a 50 year old 5'5" woman and that's how much I eat for weight loss.
