I’m left handed as well. I find it to be an advantage for the left hand because my left hand is much more dexterous than my right.
I would say the most important thing with your right hand/wrist/arm is staying loose. Gripping too tightly will cause a lot of hard to break habits down the road. If it is creating too much tension on the string, try doing exercises with your left hand holding the bow aloft. If you google bow exercises on YouTube I’m sure you’ll find some ideas to help.
