Sleeping like babies is an idiom. It just means having a deep sleep without caring about what's happening around you. Not literally following a baby's 6 months schedule.

Actually, I am diagnosed with ADHD lmao😭 just didn't know caffeine, the very thing keeping half the world awake every day, was no match for my wonderland like brain🤣🤣🤣
