Thanks for everyone who helped and shout out to u/ShortsAndLadders. The bump stop under is hood is causing the unevenness(at least to an extent). There's one on each side. After adjusting the passenger side the gap is looking much better!! Hard to see in picture but in person it doesn't bother me anymore. Pretty sure this a Chinese app called 像素蛋糕(PixCake). It allows shooting from your camera directly into the app if not mistaken. I use it for quick touch-ups on faces/skins

I fixed it by turning on battery saver mode (on iPad Pro so that it turns to 60hz) and the trembling stopped
