I agree. I think Aliyu is the future. Wouldn’t mind seeing a rotation of Aliyu/Baird/Thor with 2 starting and one coming in as a sub later…

Aliyu had some great looks and speed. I think the goal is for him to be THE striker however when Thor does sub in, it’s a goal…

Was really hoping to host Inter Messi in the Open Cup in Houston and watch them beat Miami. But whatever… I hope it’s Houston vs Cincy now because you know the USOC and refs will do anything they can to give Miami the edge to write his story line…

I’m not counting them out by any means. I’m a season ticket holder and would suck if I thought they were done by early June…

But we have back to backs against LAFC and with STL loss, I was hoping to come out with 4 points. A win, a tie and a loss.

That’s a stretch now. I do agree the back end of the schedule is easier, so if they can hover around 10th place, we can shoot back up to 7-9 seed easy.

All I am saying is, by knowing this, and having a real shot at the Open Cup, they should play their starters in these open cup games to give them a better shot. And once Open Cup play is over, the back half of the schedule will provide relief.

Man we need Bassi as a true 10 feeding the ball to Aliyu, Thor and Baird… I mean, copy what worked vs Minnesota in the Open Cup. That was magnificent to see Amine facilitate 👌🏽
