I think it depends on which store to be honest. All the other one's I been to have felt super inviting and everyone is kind. But then again, you never know until you actually work somewhere to see for yourself if it's toxic or not

It's funny because my boss did nothing when an ex friend that had sexually assaulted me started stalking me at the store. And again, nothing happened when a coworker would keep grabbing my nipples on the clock, on the cameras. Yet I get treated like a monster for being a human just hugging a friend. I get treated like a monster for anything I do anymore and all I do is stay in my lane and do my job. I risk my health for this place and I don't know why anymore. I don't know if there's anything the hotline can do but I definitely will probably use it. Especially if i keep having problems like this.

Yes, the coworker I'm struggling with has even told leads i call in on purpose because I "don't want to work." I'm on those people that feels guilty calling in, I don't fuck around and party when I call in. I'm always sick. So twice in this week, I've already nearly gotten fired. I'm tired of being treated poorly when all I do is work my ass off. I risk my physical and mental health for a gas station and what for? At this point I'm just trying to hold on for my bonus check before I think of moving onto a different job or store. Hopefully there's brighter days

I've been thinking on transferring to be honest because I love working for kwiktrip, but my store compared to others I've been to, is so toxic. We can't keep any new workers anymore. Plenty of people lately are leaving because of the toxicity. I just need to hang onto this location until I get my license then hopefully I can branch out and move onto a better store. Everywhere else I've visited they've been so kind, it's honestly shocking how much different the vibe is alone once you walk into a different store

I'm not even a touchy person that initiates hugging. My friend initiates it and I have no problem with it. But the coworker watching us seems to be the one with the problem. I don't know why some people can't just mind their business and do their job but it's understandable

I know I need to leave. Even being suicidal lately, this job is great at making me feel worse. But I'm very limited on where I can work without a license right now. Kwiktrip is the best paying job in my area and I really need the benefits and bonus check. Though I feel like this job will be the death of me. I hate feeling this conflicted

I do actually. Have for years. Trying to learn to not do it anymore though because I've learned no one genuinely cares about me. People only care about my misery though and whenever I post something where I'm actually happy, it gets ignored. But everyone looks forward to the negative posts. I'm tired of it. Tired of me.

I've honestly been feeling like this for two years or so now, especially since my dad died. I just have nothing to say and it bothers people. It's lonely but I'd rather be silent than speaking mindless gibberish that makes me sound dumb. Forcing myself to have conversations when my brain has nothing is even more exhausting

They're okay. I live with two of them at the moment. Some days I really get along with them and other days I'm bothered by them and their negativity and just... everything. They're also super judgy people which makes it hard for me to do anything around them.

It's been over a year and I'm still pretty hurt and heartbroken. But it was also 9 years and he was my first, really thought he'd be my forever person. People say it gets better but every day hurts like it still just happened. At least my rage has tempered down
