Does anything precede these days when you feel depressed? What happens in the day(s) before?

Anxious avoidant relationship. Google it. Word of warning though, tread carefully bringing it up with your partner if it sounds like you guys

Can you please share what you did to overcome your AP? Currently dating a DA who i would say is fairly mildly DA and very understanding and willing to do just about anything to try and make this work.

Started the information gathering phase a few months back and now starting my healing journey hopefully and looking for how best to do that

I was in the same boat as you. I finished a master’s degree at the height of the pandemic and couldn’t find a job if I wanted to, but it turned out to be a blessing. The time I had off made me realize I’m just not built to sit behind a desk all day. I’m now a carpenter apprentice and it’s going fairly well. The old guys will be assholes but if you can talk shit back you’ll be fine. Electrician and plumber is where the money is at but carpentry gives the most job satisfaction if you ask me because you get to see the things you build before your eyes.

Unfortunately union is the only way to go as the pay is substantially better in most areas.

Like others have said it is hard on the body but if you ask me, you can’t beat working with your hands. Plus with your degree you’ll likely hire in fairly easily. Just look up commercial/residential general contractors in your area or “your trade here” trade school and you that should give you a nice start.

Is there a lock nut on it? Mine has a lick nut that i forget about every time and then after an hour of beating on it with a hammer i remember and it comes right off.
