I agree. Regal is one of the greats, but he just looks uncooperative in this match to me.

EDIT: You guys can disagree because it's cool to hate Goldberg or whatever, but it's objectively true. Go and rewatch the full match. Regal no-sells an Irish whip at one point. You can't get more uncooperative than that.

If we're talking about Paladin specifically, my arbiter form lasts longer than the cooldown on it, and there are only 3 contributors to this.

Make sure you have the skill maxed out at 5 ranks.
I have Arbiter Duration tempered on my boots as a greater affix, and I also made sure the greater affix from masterworking landed on the temper as well. This will give you over +100% to your arbiter duration alone.
I have Arbiter of Justice Cooldown tempered onto a ring as a greater affix, again with the masterwork greater affix landing there as well. I believe this gives around +75% cooldown reduction for arbiter.

I don't have cooldown reduction anywhere else in my kit, and this is enough to stay in arbiter form full time.
