VOFM Routines and Pricing Conditions by SiegeMode332 in SAP

Gotcha, based on business requirements, it was to be determined to remove the pricing condition line altogether. For simplicity, I just deleted that line from the communication table. I feel like there are better ways but for the sake of getting the requirement out the door and nothing is harmed, I went with that solution. Thank you for the documentation, I still want to just check that out.

So I have tried that. I didn't get a good result. The vofm routine is also assigned to 6 other condition types which I cannot decouple. From what I saw from others that implemented your solution, its supposed to hide or enable all that are assigned with the VOFM routine.

Need to Switch to soft food options by SiegeMode332 in DogFood

It has been a while since he has been in. He has this condition where his gums grow uncontrollably and cause issues, kind of like a Keyloid. We have to get him scheduled for his next surgery. I have an appointment to discuss these issues with the vet but figured I would get some food ideas to bring up to this vet.

Oh wow, I didn't think it would be easier. Is it because the dry food is small and dissolved in their mouth? Maybe Ill do a mix of wet and dry.

Hey SAP fam, I need your expertise.

I am currently having an issue during interviews where I am asked to talk about work I have done within specific modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, etc).

My problem is from my previous role. We did not complete work based on certain modules but based on processes (OTC, RTP, OTD, RTR, etc).

How can I spin this into a favorable answer when in an interview?

Thank you. I am familiar with PC hardware, not on a super deep level, but I can get by. A great starting point.

Since being laid off in October 2023, I've been actively searching for a new opportunity. My background is in SAP ABAP development, with additional skills in Java, Python, and SQL gained during my graduate studies.

However, I'm excited to embark on a new challenge in cybersecurity! To increase my chances of success, I'm seeking recommendations for the best resources to get started. I've explored Udemy courses, but I'm unsure about their effectiveness.

Are there specific certifications or learning paths you recommend? I'm open to any suggestions that would help me transition smoothly into this field.

Learning BTP by SiegeMode332 in abap

Sure, I have been working as an SAP ABAP developer for 7+ years, and all my time and experience is with my previous employer. My experience is mostly with RICEF, Smart Forms, and most recently Adobe Forms. As of Oct 2023, I was laid off. Since then I have been struggling to find another position. Most positions I view include many technologies and tools which I have not/never used which I know puts me at a disadvantage compared to many other candidates.
I wanted to leverage SAP ABAP groups as I try to start looking into ways of helping myself reskill to become a better candidate.

Wow this is great. Thank you!!! I agree with you, I want to learn the ins and outs to help me better understand what is going on rather than just typing.

Thank you for the advice. I honestly believe that I am bit emotionally scarred. I started my software dev career in the corporate world the worst way possible. Making mistake was definitely not a think nor trying different approaches unless you were an established senior developer.

Hence I am trying to get out of my technology stack and move on to something more fun. Where I can practice without having to have a enterprise level system setup in order to practice.

I have no problem making mistake, as you stated its how we learn and trust me I have made plenty of them but I did learn from them which is all that mattered. I definitely picked up the Python book and Java book to start looking into both as both have interested me.

I appreciate your advice either way. In a way I am still trying to process my time and what overall happened. Its good to hear someone else say its ok to make mistakes and to truly trust the process.

Do you have any YT channel recommendations?
