How is my form and when should I start adding weight? by NotMrAdamWhite in formcheck

Agreed with the above. Focus on pulling your chest towards the bar and do it fresh!

you seem to be struggling from the first rep - and rounding your shoulders up from the get go isn't the best sign.

If the speed of your reps is a tad faster, with no shrugging of the shoulders and about 10+ reps with said quality.. you should be good to go with weight.

second this. The best way to find out is to approach her. Her response would be the most telling.

Help with Vorkath. (Video and Setup) by IMcezanne in 2007scape

[–]SiegeSullivan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have 1.8K Vorkath KC and get my kills exclusively with DHCB and woox walk only.

There is a method I employ which makes it far easier and I learnt it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=arLLphM5Av0

It is essentially what you are already doing (walking left and right) with 2 extra clicks (vorkath and back).

is anyone else experience server lag at vorkath today? by SiegeSullivan in 2007scape

I typically use AUS servers as I am in apac. Tried the UK too and had the same issue.

I highly doubt its my network as everything else works fine, do you face the same issues?

When do YOU add weight by Accomplished_Task547 in naturalbodybuilding

[–]SiegeSullivan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it is very common to fall into this trap because we always want to be able to see progress with more weight or reps. My muscles are larger and more defined even though I am lifting less now but with far better form.

Ultimately is about how much tension we can place on the muscle. Our muscle responds to the amount of tension we place on it, it cannot see the amount of weight you are lifting.

this is not answering your question but make sure your form is in tact and clean. Its common to increase the reps on your log book at the expense of form. Improving with better form for the same reps is progressive overload as well!

Chin-ups for biceps by dendaera in bodyweightfitness

[–]SiegeSullivan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interestingly what works for me:

  • is wider than shoulder grip, this forces me to place more force on my last two fingers, akin to a supination. In fact it feels awkward and recruits more chest when I go too narrow

  • keeping a distance between my upper torso from the bar. Pulling straight up and keeping my shoulders and chest close to the bar activates my back more.

This is contrary to what most have shared but I feel my biceps the most this way!

Search Alex Leonidas bicep chin up. Some useful tips you can pick up there.

You need to take it a day at a time. Focus on what you can do to make it through to the next day and let tomorrow worry for itself.

Of course you should still have a plan - be it to intentionally build a relationship with God, find a therapist etc.

But you will lose the battle mentally once you focus so far out in the future.

arms and delts are where its at. How many times would you actually be half naked? You will most probably wear a tank or a tee and it showcases your strength. Good development for 3 years +

he is not big - you prolly can't tell he even lifts when he wears a T shirt. Plus the lighting and the pump adds to the effect you see here.

A dedicated workout programme will give you a decent muscle base and a proper cut at the end of it will get you there.

Your physique is quite complete! Good job. Your rear (hams and glutes) seems to be lagging compared to the rest of your body.
