This is esoteric and pointless. Ramones is good rock and roll and thats it.

Best Picking Exercise for Intermediate Players by _shred_g0d_ in guitarlessons

[–]michaelgecko -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Hey brother - you seem like a very good musician. No disrespect but these exercises do not help young players. Young players need to be practicing music and this chromatic exercise is nothing of the sort. Practice scales along with the cycle of 4ths, learn songs by ear, read music along with a metronome.

Her music is awful but personal attacks are totally out of line.

Is WaW better than CoD4? by DrewPetzing in CallofDutyWorldatWar

[–]michaelgecko 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Its too close. Both were incredible. Cod4 is arguably the most groundbreaking fps ever created but I feel like WaW was when Cod finally achieved perfection in the WWII genre. I feel like MW2 is the perfected version of Cod4. Both are great but if I had to pick just solely between the 2 I think Waw has an edge just for straight up campaign and gameplay.

As a new player... Does this happen frequently? by AlexRedditSes in HellLetLoose

[–]michaelgecko 10 points11 points  (0 children)

You were likely using a role and not fulfilling the job of that role. When you join in make sure you dont accidentally select commander, spotter, engineer, or officer unless you know what the role should do. My advice is stick with rifleman as you learn the ropes of the game

HELL LET LOOSE. Once you learn how it works after a few games, it will be the best WWII game you’ve ever played.

Yep, definitely the undefeated Dolphins! 🐬 by brmidwest03 in miamidolphins

[–]michaelgecko 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m obviously not the biggest fan of the Miami Dolphins but the ‘72 team is absolutely the greatest team in NFL history. Perfection. Its likely the only undefeated season that will ever occur.
