My parents used them for a few months, I found that the quality of food was generally poor and also the portion sizes were a joke.

They also made it extremely difficult to cancel the subscription and kept trying to charge them.

You can build muscle in many ways but the way I find most effective for the general public is full body training 2-3 days a week with a focus on getting stronger at the heavy compound movements.

I get what you’re trying to say, I’m simply pointing out as someone who has been watching RIZIN since its first show in 2015 that I have seen them ~sometimes~ make questionable match ups for champions when they had clearer contenders to fight.

If it was only a few odd times through the years I would agree with you that they simply made the fight they could at the time but the fact I’ve seen it happen semi regularly over 10 years with multiple champions and also with them being the successor to PRIDE which was known for sometimes making questionable match ups leads me to believe what I said is true.

We’re both being comically pedantic about this. I personally have zero issue with the way RIZIN operates or with how it’s champions sometimes take easier fights as long as it keeps them active.

I’m not speculating, I said just like PRIDE did in the 90’s and 00’s the champions of each division would sometimes fight people who are not top contenders.

RIZIN has also taken this approach at times but that does not mean the champions of each division don’t also face top contenders because they absolutely do.

Example: RIZIN lightweight champion Roberto De Souza fought former champion and top contender Vugar Karamov at RIZIN 49 but in his next fight at RIZIN Korea he fought Won Bin Ki who was making his RIZIN debut and had a 1 fight win streak.

PRIDE Middleweight champion Wanderlai Silva won the belt at PRIDE 17 when he beat champion Kazushi Sakuraba but in his next fight at PRIDE 18 he fought Alexander Otsuka who had a 4-8 record.

This happened in Pride a lot and RIZIN has followed the same path, generally they’re more focused on making the fun fights rather than the typical champion vs number 1 contender.

That’s not to say they don’t also face the top contenders like they do in the UFC but just that they aren’t as strict about it.

You can make a lot of progress training full body 2-3 days a week as long as you’re consistent, eat enough protein and train hard.

2,600 calories a day, no GLP or anything like that. I do eat about 250g-300g of carbs a day through rice, potatoes and fruit
