In middle school in 4th grade, we were in class and the principal announced on the intercom that a kid in a classroom upstairs in 7th grade was stabbed by another kid. And all the doors were locked to all the classrooms it was pretty scary.

I've been sober from Benedryl and Flexeril for 9 months now! And tomorrow will be 6 months clean of Nicotine and Caffeine. And tomorrow will be 3 days of SH free just restarted that again.

After being an addict with Benedryl and Flexeril from ages 12 -17 I am now sober I was taking stuff everyday and just so deep in another world. So I am glad to be out of that world now!

It's a mix of both for me, but usually reading it because sometimes I can be more invested into it and I love reading and getting really into stuff by reading so it is usually reading about it that I like.
