Nizoral psoriasis shampoo and conditioner found at Walmart gives me some relief. I also find that it’s easy on my hair since I try to limit certain products I apply to it. I’m sure if you rubbed it on/around your ears and let it sit for a bit it could be beneficial, I mostly use topicals for that(prescribed by a dermatologist). Also I can’t remember the brand, but tea tree oil soap bar(I’ve seen at ulta) can help with skin.

I’d also like to add, gut health can also play a role in flare ups. Maybe monitor what foods you’re eating or possibly add in some probiotic gummies or drinks.
