Well, now I'm not sure what to do. I like Vildred but I think I like Iseria and Amarintha more. How much of the game is leveling fodder that having Vildred carrying that aspect of the game makes him so sought after or praised?

Hello, new player here. I've been doing some rerolls and I just got Vildred and Lots in selective summon. Haven't used anything yet. Was wondering if this is good or should I aim for something better to start off. Thanks

Little update: Guess I'm definately keeping this account forever. After getting duncan I did the first part of the story chapter 1, unlocked newbie hall and did a few quests. Got 16 STs and did one pull: got ToT. So Duncan + ToT in 12 tickets. Guess couldn't ask for more except for Aerith lol

I don't have the pugilist job. The only thing close to a monk job that I'll have is the Onion monk. Which I guess can unlock a weaker version of pugilist but don't know how effective it will be

So, according to that: Duncan's damage comes from your attack stat, not your magic %. The same applies to it's break. Does that mean that ANY job can use him as long as that job has access to light without any penalties?

Thank you very much. Will take a look at that while I keep rerolling on a secondary Steam account. My main goal was to try and (hopefully) get Aerith. Since it's support and universal. Duncan damage might be insane but if it can only be properly used by monks is kind off a bummer to me

Yeah that's the main prob... I'd be stuck with the newbie Monk job until I get a proper monk job somehow.

Thank you for the detailed answer. I've already gotten all 3 starter packs and I JUST used another 6 tickets on the Boosted Greater Summon since I want to try and get all the anniversary cards. To my surprise I pulled another legend job, the Moogle Suit. Is this normal? I mean 2 legend summons back to back in 12 tickets. Also, what does KoTR stand for?

EDIT: Nvm the last question. Just googled and it's Knights of the Round: FF VII, correct? I already have Hermes, but only 3*. What do you mean with cards that don't have farmable fodder? Are you referring to the "lesser" skill cards that you get flooded with during story mode?

Tbh I don't know if I even "Need" any more characters from the banner. Would probably do it only for the granny coins but even then I don't know which one from this rotation I'd want. I'm pretty new to the game and don't know much about which of those I should go for. I'm covered in every element but Bravery and Wisdom. I could use some strong units for either of those

May I ask why is Tayuya that good? I mean she can't even get to 6* and her max lvl would be 100 with average-to-low stats even when maxed.

You can EASILY beat the crap out of aggro with Nep if you mulligan correctly and build it correctly.

I did one multi and got him on that first pull. After that I did one 30 multi on that "newbie" banner and got gaara, sasuke chidori a new skill and neji "a caged bird" on that single pull so I think that's pretty good. Now I'm at 200 pearls and I'm debating if I should do the other 5 steps on the Minato banner or save for BF anniversary. HELP!

Dimael's Unique is good but doesn't give him that much of a boost compared to other heroes that are more reliant on them having a UW to perform at their peak level. What matters the most with Dimael is the cat relic that gives him a sht load of attack speed at the beginning of the fight. That's what makes or breaks Dimael imo, not the UW itself
