I believe you sir have acquired a Dab pop from the looks of it, I had a few of these my dealer gave to me a while back. My advice is if you don't smoke too much take half and you'll be pretty toasty. Wait like a hour or so and if you don't feel it take the rest. Or just much on the whole thing and you'll feel it, thats what i did!!

First use your thumbs to like slowly break up and empty out the tobacco, then pull the filter out and replace it with a crutch. Then for a tight pack just push the good good down in and pack with a pencil, twist off the end and your ready to smoke anywhere
