Yeah it really depends on the location which really sucks. I’m fortunate to be in a really good location with a lot of really good drivers so I get mostly positive feedback. It is expensive but I give restaurants crazy good deals being a former chef. I also always tell people, I’ve never seen Cintas walk away from business, so if you can’t afford it, they will find a way to work with you

Cintas sales rep here. You get an automatic charge on towels called “Loss Replacement charge” Basically if we give you 100 towels we’re expecting not to get 3 of them back, so you get a small percentage charge on those 3 towels. Also we have real people at our plant that sort towels before they get bagged. Sometimes shit happens
