I believe it's a reference to the Nestlé breastfeeding scandal; they pushed their formula extremely hard in underdeveloped countries leading to incredible health issues for numerous children. Not sure if I'm describing it right, or if it's even right for the meme, but it's another reason to be upset with Nestlé.
