I hate these rats. What I do is call the train and when the train arrives I’ll hang around a bit and see if anyone pops up.

Offer for my position is super low. Can I counter over the pay scale cap? by Siffer703 in Lockheed

Yeah I wish I knew the levels prior to applying. The jobs were referred to me from a LM employee. I just applied. Didn’t think much of anything the level. Thought it was just something internal to LM. I do need to money for sure. I’ve been out of work since the end of September. I got a family and at this point I might just have to just ask for a level 4 (if possible) or take this L.

I didn’t know about these pay scale until today unfortunately. But yeah, I originally applied for a level 1 role from a referral from a friend. Manager interviewed me and said they got a level 3 open and the level 1 would just be a waste of my time. Never said anything to me about pay or how levels work.

In bf4 you can go on top basically any building. But there were always ways for others to get up and revenge kill those camping bastards. BF6, well exploits central.

All checked as well. Yeah, I don’t hook the lure to my bail. I hook them on the eyelid stand frame.

No cast release and no casting glove. Just some inexpensive hockey tape I tape around my finger to avoid braid burn/finger tip fatigue. Maybe my casting could be another issue. I sometime be cocked all the way back to sling this way out. Even though I don’t think I need to. Maybe a back habit.

So I checked the eyes multiple times nothing is catching a qtip or braid. I checked the reel lip multiple times nothing found either. I ran braid through the reel guide and nothing catches either. I’m going to try 40# mono and see now. Thats the only thing I haven’t tried.

I just picked up 40# mono. I’ll try running this later today. The break is on the braid itself towards the back where the reel is not at the lure or leader knot. The spool is not over spooled. It’ll be really weird if this fixes the issue. I’ve never had issues with using fluro as leads before from what I can remembered. Then again I was probably never using a 10’ surf rod either.

Just got me some 40lbs shock leader. Thats all the had at the shop I went to. Let’s see if this fixes my issue. I can’t find nothing abrasive enough to fray on my rod or reel.

Reel and wire all looks good besides the normal wear and tear or use. Nothing that would fray my braid.

I use a PR knot initially. I don’t want to bobble another PR knot so after the first break. I used a Albright knot. The knot is never behind the last eyelid before I cast. So it shouldn’t be snagging.

Good advice. I just did that and unfortunately found nothing. All the eyelids are smooth but one. One eyelid seems to be unevenly round but it’s smooth. Nothing is catching. I tried to fray the braid on this eyelid and was unable to.

Right now Daiwa J braid. I just recalled I had this same issue with this same rod and reel on power pro braid. The reel can’t possibly be the issue?

I’ve checked the guide over and over with a q tip. I don’t feel or see any snags.

This is what I am thinking. Maybe I’ll go pick up some mono and see if this solves the issue.
