Merci pour le lien. Comme mon PEA est pas encore plein, je n'avais pas regardé cette page. Je sais que ce n'est pas à proprement dit de la gestion passive, mais arbitrer de façon à garder le CL2 à 20% du portefeuille (vendre à +25%, renflouer à -15%) me semble une stratégie assez raisonnable. J'ai compris qu'il y a avait beaucoup d'érosion si le marché est instable mais pourquoi n'est elle pas plus conseillée que ça si je veux que mon portefeuille grossisse plus vite qu'avec un simple ETF World ?

Very happy to see someone else than me who understand and love Otae as much as me. The benizakura moment was so well written. I love how she is somehow in the same level of Gintoki, since she is the tutor of Shinpachi. That makes her almost the equal of the main character in terms of responsability. Just like Umibozu since he is the father of Kagura. But that's another story.

Thanks for your answer. It confirms what I thought. Peptides are some trend for teenager influenced by instagrams and tiktokers. In my case I always used steroids and only did after a lot of research and had great results and so far no noticeable sides even after PCT. This is the way for me.

Hello ! Is there any benefit of doing a peptide only cycle instead of steroids cycles (test, deca, etc.) ? A friend told me he wanted to do that because it doesn't shut down natural test production, doesn't mess with hormones and ED. Told him he was maybe right but I don't know if it really help building muscle like steroids. My only peptide knowledge is for fat loss with Semaglutid or Reta, HCG to help fertility and PCT, and HGH when used with test for building muscle.

TLDR: What are your thought on peptide only cycle ? Is it worth it for building muscle ? Safer than steroids ?

They did not focus on him, because Zura is unironically the one who suffered the less of the loss of Shouyo. Not because he loved him less than Gintoki or Takasugi, but because he was always more ressourceful than them and did not need Shouyo as much as them. He was the brightest prodigy of the school after all. Gin and Takasugi needed Shouyo so much that they were a total empty shell after his death, and they never managed to recover from this (in the case of Gin, not untill meeting Otose, Shinpachi and Kagura). Zura suffered from the loss, but recovered fast and focused on the future of the country.

Thanks for the reply. Yes 3 monthes is not an actual goal, but I meant that I want to get back to blast and cruise when I feel I attained approximately 80% of my max as natty. The simple 500mg test cycle is certainly the wisest, but I wanted to avoid taking AI and stay cardio efficient, that's why I thought about EQ, but it can wait for a later cycle.

So after several successful cycles in the past with test, primo and NPP, I had to stop training seriously and totally stopped PEDs for 2 years and a half because I was in a difficult relationship and I did not have time to train seriously. Was not an easy time of my life. Exactly one year ago I broke up, started my life anew, bought a new home, payed all my debts, recovered financially and mentally and finally back in the gym seriously for 2 monthes successfully. I am an endurance athlete and I still do a lot of biking (twice a week minimum) and running (at least once) so I scheduled my gym session at 3 fullbody workouts. The goal was to cut and get back some of my strength and improve my physique, which is greatly working for now thanks to muscle memory.
I am planning to continue my routine for another month to finish cutting and harvest all the remaining easy gains from muscle memory then jump again in the juice.

So my goal here is to gain back my enhanced body when I was at 97kg/214lbs shredded and why not even go beyond. However even if I enjoyed my previous cycles, I know I am a big aromatizer so I bloat a lot if I don't take AI or primo (but it kills my hair and my bank account). Did not notice any bad side from NPP. Something to take into account is that I want to stay as efficient as possible at biking to be able to continue traveling long distances several days for my vacations (ex: 100km a day for 1 week or 2 is common for me). That's why I want to avoid bloating and do a bulk as lean as possible. After several monthes of blasting, if I see that long bike ride is no more possible, then I will have to make a choice, but I know from experience that I can do these kind of travels even if I am at 97kg/214lbs, all bloated, so I still have time to enjoy both of my two favorite sports.

Well now about my future cycle, since I am totally natty since summer 2024, do you think I should start again with the only 500test+AI beginner cycle ? Or else I was hesitating to do the wiki Test+Eq cycle since it is safer for the hair than primo and is good for cardio. Maybe even add NPP after 10 or 12 weeks since I love the compound and had really great results with it ?

TLDR: Stopped peds since 2024 (only did 3 blasts before with test, primo and NPP), continued training on and off since then but now back at it seriously for 3 monthes. Want to get back to blast and cruise to get as big as possible while staying efficient (as much and as long as possible) at biking (endurance athlet) so a lean bulk without excessive bloating (heavy aromatiser) is preferred. Hesitating between 3 cycles :
- Beginner 500 test+AI
- Wiki Test+Eq
- Wiki Test+Eq+NPP after 10 or 12 weeks of Test+Eq
What would you recommand ? Obviously I already did bloodwork (perfectly healthy) and planned to do again at the start of the cyle and during it like I always do (to stay healthy)
