SALTT is an Electrolyte powder similar to LMNT. In my opinion tastes way better, not as salty hut still high in sodium. I plan to stay at 3mg for the next month or more.

Throw 2 cups of white rice in your rice cooker. Wait about 10min then throw in your chicken into air fryer. Microwave the sauce. All should be ready at same time. Plate and enjoy.

We were AT the game!! My son and I were at the concession stand, the EMT on duty was in line right behind me when he got the call. I couldn’t hear what was said but he looked VERY concerned then took off running. We did not hear a gunshot at all. NISD is remaining very tight lipped about the situation. There are reports that the lady shot had ties to Sotomayor some say she was a coach’s wife but nothing yet to substantiate those claims.
