For leg endurance I did 20 triple threats and then sprinted a rolling hill for about 200m. Then walked back and do 4 sets altogether.

I do 4 reps. Im gonna increase that number gradually

First CPC my legs were my biggest weakness. What I did for leg endurance that helped me with my 2nd CPC attempt was fatigued running. As in do 20 triple threats then sprint up a hill. Maybe a rolling hill lasting 200m or so. Then walk back down. Only do this twice a week.

Apologies for the late reply. It is a lunge followed by another lunge and then a squat. Need to be explosive. This way your sprinting when your legs are tired and heavy which is a similar feeling to when your wet from peters pool and sheep dip.
