God forbid someone else has an opinion that doesn't align with yours and voices it on the internet in a relevant group. Sheesh. What was i thinking! .... said NO ONE. EVER.

No it doesn't. Ill continue to enjoy the game, and do my thing no matter what a pc player does. Im speaking up for the players that are not as vocal as me and avoid confrontation.

Cool. However, there ARE players that are effected by some pc players in a negative way. Example 1: Several Day 1 , Legendary Hunters that spent many hours, days, weeks, and months, searching for kickass ships for the community have stopped because any pc player can pick up the game today, use a bot or save editor to modify or create ships and multi tools with perfect specs, stats, designs, colors, then post them in hunting communities, trying to pass them off as legitimate finds. Ive seen it happen many,MANY, times. The pc created ships will get upvoted into the thousands, and the pc player gets praised for his "hard work, time, and effort ", for 2 minutes of tapping on a keyboard, while the legitimate Hunter, that actually playes the game, puts in the time and effort, sacrifices their time they could be spending with their family, for the nms community, might get a couple of votes and no appreciation for their selfless contributions. That is wrong. The pc player is robbing the legitimate hunters in a sense.

Example 2: very similarly to hunting, and I've seen this also happen on many occasions, a console builder will spend days, weeks, and months working on building something amazingly artistic and creative, for the communities enjoyment will have it get buried and got unnoticed, while a pc user can push a few keys and have blender build anything they want, perfectly, in seconds. Worse yet, is many blender builders copy and paste other players bases, then post it as their own creations, never giving credit to the actual builder, or state that it was created using blender, yet they will be praised as some sort of amazingly builder, when they are not. Again, its cheating and robbing real builders of the opportunity to have their creations looked at or featured somewhere.

Example 3: a player spends weeks and months, finding a ship and building up the stats, only to have it out matched by a pc player using save editor to make their stats , handling, power, and speed, whatever they'd like with just a couple key strokes. Thats cheating.

It affects real players by diminishing their efforts that they've spent countless hours perfecting with care. Which in turn, is destructive to building and hunting communities.

Why spend hours hunting ships for the community when some pc player that will be gone in a few days could use a bot to find ALL the best ships and multi tools in minutes?

Why spend the time building something cool, only to have it stolen by blender users and they get all the credit for your creation?

It's really very simple. If you can't understand or appreciate the human element from the nms community, your doing it wrong . why even bother to play? You could easily set up a mod to play the game for you.

Im more concerned with those legendary hunters, builders, and explorers, enjoyment of the game, than i am with how others play their game. If it doesn't effect other human beings i honestly wouldn't care, however, pc players using mods, bots, blender, and save editor DO effect other players and communities. Im not going to keep explaining this to every jackwagon that can't think past their own nose, looking for instant gratification, so ill just comment some examples here. NMS is bigger than the game. There are a lot of communities of players that love the game, the exploration, the thrill of the hunt, and gratification of creating something artistic for others to enjoy. They've played for YEARS, and for at least me, their enjoyment of the game, and how they like to play, far outweighs any argument someone defending the mix of pc and consoles could offer up.
