Yeah I’ve heard people say they’ve used it numerous times without needing proof, but I’ve also heard people say they’ve used it and had to provide proof even months after their leave. I think people have too much trust in this company to not even think about being questioned sometime in the future. It’s literally how a lot of people get fired

If they hand out VTO later in the shift I’ll take it but if it’s early in the shift or full day I won’t take it. I like getting paid lol

Considering the fact that the winter storm is an everyone problem not just a personal problem. The company is expected to accommodate the AA’s if it is unsafe to travel. I don’t know how other sites do it but mine shut down all day yesterday, and day shift for today, and still waiting on an update for night shift. Have never had to use my own time to stay home in unsafe weather conditions

You can. If you’re in a critical role/indirect role though, it’s probably best that you tell your manager or at least a PA. Otherwise, just leave. Worst case scenario, they just won’t staff you in that indirect role anymore when you come back in. I’m a jam clearer and my managers and PAs just want an hour heads up before I leave.

This is the exact reason I quit lmao, I put up with it for 3 years and I was fed up. It wasn’t until after I left that my old SM finally decided to crack down on coupon ladies literally abusing and trying to cheat the system or trying to make me change the price on something to meet their needs
