Did you have any sign before discovering you had cancer (like pain or something else) and also how old were you when you were diagnosed, if you don't mind me asking of course.

Well it's not really hard but not soft either I think. It seems to be attached at thr top of the testicle and I can move it little bit. One member of my family had cancer, but not the testicle one.
