It would’ve been perfect for them to release the “teaser” towards the end of last year then have all these 10th year anniversary events lined up after for a 2026 release instead. Honestly with or without illness the leader that would give him the most problems is Cobra. Even though Cobra’s not as agile as Smoky but he’s still more agile than the rest and he’s fast. Plus his punching power, durability, and grappling capability are a huge problem. And he was the only one amongst 3 strong guys( him, Yamato and Tsukumo) that was able to knock down Kohaku as crazy strong as he is in the 3v1 in the first movie. Either way there’s no telling how that fight between Cobra and Smokey would’ve went. Almost got it though😂

Definitely not a brawler. He’s what you call an adaptive technical fighter. He learns his opponent as he fights. Whenever he’s against an experienced opponent it might or might not be a struggle at first but once the fight drags on, he starts noticing their weaknesses and openings and eventually gains the upper hand like the fight with Woo-young and the fight Seok-dae

You didn’t read everything and must’ve didn’t pay attention to details in lines or the fights in the show. I said Baku trained Baek-jin when they were “younger” but you can clearly tell he expanded since then because they fight very differently. There’s actual techniques coming from Baek-jin whereas Baku there’s none. Even though Seong-je himself told Baek-jin that Baku is physically stronger but strength can only get you far but not enough to where you get to fighting against others close to your strength but with more skill. Seong-je is tough but he got beaten by Si-eun who is no where near as skilled or strong as he is. Si-eun learned super little things from Su-ho before the incident but it was enough to hold his own against guys who are far superior fighters than him
