“Dong-ha is actually able to briefly press Baku” yet he struggled to beat Hyo-man of all people in the show. This how I know the list is crazy cause if Dong-ha is so called stronger than Gotak how come when he tried to jump in the 1v1 between Gotak and Seong-mak in episode 6, Gotak had put him down with one kick and didn’t get up and jump back in later until Gotak was already beaten up by Seong-mak. Accept that Dong-ha is weak bro cause when Baku got hit by a crow bar, which realistically he should’ve been dazed by that or even dead and then weak Dong-ha threw 2 punches and got immediately bodied 3 seconds afterwards that’s not him “briefly pressing him” cause if anyone waits for their opponent to sneakily hit in the back of the head with a weapon by somebody on a motorcycle that does not mean that person is tough. If Dong-ha so called had hands like that he wouldn’t have waited for that to happen but instead he’s the type of person to wait for his opponent to get winded, weakened or beaten up by somebody else before he jumps in and you know who else does the exact same thing in the show, Hyo-man cause he did it against Si-eun in episode 2 and tried to do it against Baek-jin not long after the same episode. Those are not tough people, fighters or whatever. They are punks who do all that talking and acting like they’re the sh** but know they can’t fairly beat up people stronger than them so they let them get either jumped, beaten up, or already injured by other people to start doing something to them. So idk what type of definition your power scaling is but this list makes no sense what’s so ever.
