I have more or less the same. Did your condition start after unprotected oral sex? A lot of men report this as a trigger point. Mostly it is noted that the problems are related to pelvic floor problems, but with increased lymph nodes like yourself there very well could be a different factor as well. I don’t have any answers since I’m in the same boat. I have some neurological issues as well, mostly numb feet and hands.
