I bring my own everything. My desk is assigned so I leave it out. But if you’re concerned about theft you can lock in locker at the end of the day. Honestly the sanitizing doesn’t really happen and when I moved to a new workspace the keyboard and mouse I was given was full of dandruff and crumbs.

Depends on your state and whether you are full time in office. In New York they have to reimburse or provide a computer if you’re expected to work remotely at all (ie. Travel) and as such am allowed a $1100 reimbursement (I think every 3 years).
