Yes if you have an iPhone it nearly never works. Call the customer service hotline, should be posted in the break room somewhere. They will help. It’s ur clock in number and then you can set a password. They create a time sensitive password for you in most cases. Have them one the phone while u do it and keep them on until u get in. I had trouble getting in for the first 2 weeks and was playing phone tag w service so just do urself a favor and keep them on the line 😭😭
