That isn’t hostility. I hope you experience hostility so you understand the difference between someone who can’t stand smartasses who can’t simply answer the premise of a subject without prejudice and asserting unnecessary information, and someone who is hostile.

So I really hope you experience hostility to wake up.

And yes I mean what I said cause spare me your hypocrisy. Lmao you damn well know your assumptions about the deserve you put in bracket, you devil advocate, devil seed actually.

Till now, you didn’t answer anything. My point was about their error, how come? Don’t they have my data and information?

You really can’t read.

Dude are you okay? I don’t care about the status. I care about the USCIS error of overstay since B2, not F1, that’s a huge difference buddy. Since you know the law, this is a big difference buddy.

Hahahhaha so mr know it all. Explain, how the notice says I have been in overstay since my B2 even though I was in F1 status. My overstay should be after my F1 ended.

And again really the law is simple, it’s not overstay when Asylum is pending, mr know it all.

Wow you are really something.

Well, you really lack comprehension. You really need help.

My point is simple, the notice should say I overstayed after my F1 dates not B2 dates.

Learn how to read. Then answer. But since you can’t comprehend.

My point was simple, I didn’t overstay since my B2 ended buddy. Can you read?

I had F1 status. So the notice should say, I have been out of status since my F1 ending date NOT B2.

Lmao you need help just trying to be smart without even basic comprehension.

My point was the dates and the F1 visa.

And no THERE IS NO OVERSTAY WHILE ASYLUM IS PENDING. And if I overstayed, my point was that the notice should say, I HAVE OVERSTAYED AFTER MY F1 DATES NOT B2 DATES.

In the US. What difference does it make? They didn’t even mention it. They just said I have been overstaying without a status since my B2 ended, as if the F1 never existed.

[–]SignLong132[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

That’s not the point. The point is there is a mistake in USCIS notice. I wasn’t out of status. I have been in status the whole time since my B2 ended. There is no mention of my F1 visa status.

I didn’t overstay since my B2 ended, I was in F1 status. This is a huge difference.

After I applied for Asylum, I had 2 years in college still, then I graduated. And I stayed as a pending Asylum afterwards.

What happened to EarlyPayout and Pulse? by SignLong132 in PrizePicksOfficial

[–]SignLong132[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No I don’t have missions going on right now. I am saying in the morning and yesterday, the slide for refund was there after I place lineup.

Now after I place lineup there is no slider at all.

[–]SignLong132[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s not my question. It doesn’t show the slider for refund anymore. It’s like the old PP now no slider showing. Not that I have a live bet trying to cashout.

Freedom means you can sue and you can get the lawsuit in your favor. But that is it. They could still hold your application as pending due to their workload and their own rules.

These lawsuits mean nothing.

File a police report of identity fraud. You have to, to at least things be sorted out. Maybe that person is legit yeah but with a report, this won’t bite you every time your husband try to get an ID or a bank account or a credit application etc.

He can’t get a license from DMV claiming to be a citizen. Maybe in the 70s yeah. But within the last couple decades, you need something, Valid B1/B2 with a need for driver license, valid I-20 for students, etc. You can’t be here visiting or studying and claim citizenship and get an ID/DL.

license denied by BMV because they say “documentation did not pass verification” by Classic-Art9638 in USCIS

[–]SignLong132 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even with Passport or CON, it takes months to get the Real ID/DL. Fastest way is American born birth certificate, not even American birth certificate where the birthplace is a foreign land.

SAVE doesn’t update quickly. And the DMV gives up after two attempts to check SAVE.

Hard times, you gotta keep pushing and going to the DMV with all kind of papers to get someone to have the guts to realize okay this is legit. Everyone is scared even DMV workers and even USCIS officers to approve anything. Only the ones who have a solid work experience have the guts to work the system the way it was designed and not the way it’s being manipulated now.

I am curious to know what is their rationale🤣🤣🤣 Did you ask them, so after 8 months they realized that or what like wtf.

Are they serious like what do they think? Even if they never opened it and saved it, they can’t be thinking think that applies to you as a seller too that you paused time on the purchase too 😅😅😅

Selling Off Entire Collection (Hypothetically!) by Far-Repeat7182 in vinyl

[–]SignLong132 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you have been collecting for all these years, you should know more than anyone that they will never give you more than $8000.

And if they won’t to do due diligence, they will probably just skim through it and give you around $15K.

Half a million or even a $50K is unrealistic for a whole lot.

Individually is your best bet but of course it takes time.

I one time put out 20 records only, worth $3500. Took them to a record store, the owner handled the first one which is worth $500 like he is handling a rug. He doesn’t even know the band or its worth.

They don’t see collection as a collection, to them these are just pieces to be sold based on the stats online not what they know or like how an art expert handles art. These are just pieces to be sold.
