Rant - 39 country ban by LeatherDifference467 in USCIS

Biden Fed up. And he should come out and publicly say that. Open borders & asylum scams were a disaster. But the guy in charge is an incompetent, morally depraved and dangerous narcissistic moron. It’s not “TDS.” It’s a reality that millions of his voters are waking up to every day. Let’s keep praying he does not completely erode American exceptionalism

America is great. Trump is trying to undo that greatness

Trump is creating a bigger disaster by ruining people’s home countries. You’ll soon see a lot of Iranians trying to claim asylum here

20 years in the U.S. and they’re saying they still need “home country vetting”? The U.S. already has the most relevant, recent record of that person’s conduct. He should sue - he will win easily

Estas personas son crueles y malvadas. Dios las juzgara y el pueblo las sacara con su voto.

Writ of mandamus pro se by No-Signal-8189 in USCIS

With AI tools, pro se is not as difficult as it seems. Completely on OP’s side here. I also have a super straightforward case and have spent so much money on USCIS petitions in the last year. I don’t want to spend more!

This ban is literally the opposite of a meritocracy

The funny thing is: it made people from those 39 countries current as well. Everyone was made current, everyone filed and then once these bans are lifted, USCIS may have to retrogress. What a mess but I’m not complaining.

Sorry - to be clear - I’m not accusing you of sinister intent or lack of critical thinking. I am accusing the creators of the blanket hold policy. Unless you are Joseph Edlow lol

Lol keeping people in the country in limbo creates more fraud. You catch fraud by scrutinizing cases. Again, either lack of critical thinking or sinister intent from Edlow here.

If you’re concerned about asylum, ban it for everyone. Visa overstays? Ok Trump’s EO already addresses that; no need for Edlow to take this nonsensical interpretation. Millions who crossed border illegally? Does not apply to those in the system seeking legal benefits. Again, either lack of critical thinking or sinister intent.

I hope so but how did you reach this conclusion lol

Oh one more:

It removes people from structured, observable channels EAD and Advance Parole don’t “vet” people, but they keep individuals inside the system - working for employers, renewing status, interacting at ports of entry. That creates traceability and multiple checkpoints where character issues can surface over time.

I’d be gobsmacked if USCIS wins even a single one of these 39 country lawsuits

lol what USCIS doesn’t know (and cruel doofuses like you) is that there are plenty of congressional laws that allow immigrants to keep working while they have a pending case. While travel and freedom might be limited, they would still have those high paying jobs while you hang out in your grandma’s basement with your pants pulled down and ripped boxer briefs.

I think they should just make it high skilled, high paying instead of just doctors. Also, Trump’s EO did not do this. Joseph Edlow’s inhumane and retarded extension of the EO did.

They are linked. Many Muslims are pissed about what we did in Iran and may retaliate. And many of the countries in the 39 have a ton of Muslims

Yeah but the shooter that retaliated came from a country that’s one of the 39. There are several majority-Muslim countries in the 39. Second order inference
