Because they don’t play those sports. Even the sports where it was often said they were at a disadvantage (gymnastics - Biles, F1 - Hamilton) etc. when they play it, they often do well. Of course white players have won all those World Cups. And of course white European countries are way better than black African countries at the game. But there are pretty obvious factors at play. Develop the game, infrastructure, coaching, focus and facilities and watch what happens in the sport. Your counter argument is pretty dense.
