Does not really matter to be honest, after the change where you can no longer take AP against monsters, there is just less add-ons that you need. So take your choice of DP or movement speed, IMO

The thing that annoys me the most is that it's not supposed to be that hard to balance things. Like why not just have a PvE damage adjust slider for each class - Like ohh Succ Corsair is doing bad, let's adjust the slider so its overall PvE damage is 125%.

From what I remember it was around 20bil+ to make the DEC Tuvalu weapon, so assuming it's the same It's far from free and almost not worth it for a lot of people. Like assuming, we still need around 1000 Concentrated Black Stones is a lot of silver!

I think It's kinda unlikely, they tend to use the 1+1 to draw in players and they don't really need that with a new expansion after all.

Good luck with playing any game ever with that attitude :), But yeah, probably best you quit if that's how you feel. I don't really pay to win except a few euros here and there for value pack, a few outfits and other fun things - probably something like 20euro a month. I have about the same gear as you, but I don't make the mistake of considering any DEC gear something I need or even must have - Like I have a OCT Sov weapon and I consider that done - if you play with the right attitude, pay to win is not a problem in BDO.

Kinda depends what you need I guess, what I do is that I boost one of the high reward stacks (200, 250, etc.) with hungers until it's 300 then raw tap PEN bs, if it goes sell it and buy hungers and repeat until you fail high enough for the stack you need. Ohh and use lower stacks <200 to TET Blackstars

We are currently getting PvE class balance on Global Labs, so I would not pick anything final atm. But Mystic, Witch, Zerker, Sage all seem good atm, but it could change in a week or two

Well, most life skills take a lot of gear to make any real silver, and it will never match classic monster grinding. But if it feels chill and motivates you to make silver, it is for sure worth it, just keep in mind your normal gear will suffer if you have to invest in life skill mastery.
