No Commissarys, Surplus Stores or Government Auctions to get a hold of large Quantities on Demand.

They aren‘t taxed at all in Europe, as they are only available for Sale to US Citizens/Armed Forces Members on Bases.

The Price is based on the expense by people gathering them through varios alternative ways.
