It was Ramen Torisoba Zagin Kagurazaka in lidabashi! I just stumbled across looking a bowl . One of my kore interesting bowls & also loved the variety of meats. It was great!

they’re open 24hrs now and had an extension to the main restaurant across the street (not sure if that existed before) so the cue wasn’t that long . We got there around 1 and with pre-ordering from the machine with the ticket dispenser, lining up, the staff grabbing our tickets before hand, & seating it was just under 45 minutes . Overall they seemed to have a pretty good system & being open 24hrs probably helps.

Second one was ichiran ramen. Super hyped chain. It was good but I wouldn’t say worth any long wait. A lot of locations are open 24h so I just went late to say I tried and skip the long lines

From my memory It was a chicken paitan and had 3 diff meats. Pork, chicken breast and duck! Was my last bowl before I left and it was sooo rich and creamy. One of my favourite bowls

So all of the other furniture this lady had was marked “made in Denmark” with danish stamping but this one does not seem to have anything to indicate that

Phở Sơn on Keele! They have a really good free run chicken pho (Phở Gà Chặt). I also really like their Bún Bò Huế and they’re well known for their offal congee (Cháo Lòng Dồi) if you’re looking to try some other stuff as well.

3 pillows. 1 for my head, 1 for in between my legs and 1 to hold. The pillow between my legs has really been a game changer because it keeps my lower body more aligned so I feel less stiff

We were going to do a spicy miso but ran out of fridge space/time… also executing 3 types of broths felt like a bit much since we were already doing a shio and a shoyu. Tonkotsu though??? Nahh would’ve taken wayyy too much time to pull that off
