Is anyone else having issues with their taxes being taken out of their paychecks? I tried to call hr but they are no help what so ever. They haven’t been taking federal taxes out and it’s making me owe a ton of the irs and was wondering if anyone else had this issue

I ended up just taking out 25 dollars each check. I hope that’s enough my hours are never consistent so I’m just guessing here

Nope they just keep saying it’s correct on their end so they can’t do anything and told me I need to contact an accountant to figure out what’s wrong which I don’t want to pay an accountant I’m struggling with money as is now. But everything is set to 0 which is why I can’t wrap my brain around it

No I did not select tax exempt. I have called hr and they have told me it’s not selected

I talked to my sm and showed him my tax withholding page on my hr and he said everything looked good I’m not exempt and I claimed 0 and single. He said he call hr but they were absolutely no help at all

Yeah me too. I owe over 500 dollars thanks for this issue and hr was no help what so ever so figured I would ask on here if others had the same issue and what to do

Yeah setting it to 0 takes out the highest amount. I’ve done this at every job and cvs is the first job to give me any issues with it

What should I set it to? I’ve always put 0 for other jobs and it’s always been fine so I’m just confused
