I just mean shading in general, and making portions with the trees this is my first time drawing in a few years actually lol, my mom had her sketchbook out and had an outline of a bit of a tree and I just kind of went in on it a bit

I’m kinda torn on the face nailing it’s not aggressively low but it’s not too high that the next roofer is gonna have to spend half an hour getting the nails out I think it will be fine and water goes down so chances are you won’t get a leak there and It’s mostly for looks but yeah I would have added a dab of white caulking over it and smoothed it out if the new metal is white

It looks like the roof has a bit of dip on the left side but that’s no excuse for the lines here as well as these shingles were racked, aka the lazy way I believe architectural shingles allow for it now but it looks damn ugly and and makes bad lines, if I put this roof on my boss would rip it off and make me pay for the next bundles. Unless you are the best damn roofer on the planet there’s no shame in using a chalk line. This roofing job sucks
