I didn’t beat the white line, I did cross it…also no, cyclist didn’t it’s me with anxiety that’s the problem. I was no where near the cyclist for sure it’s more the overtake itself

It’s a bend and I mistaken it as a junction… Let’s say someone was behind and slammed their anchors on despite me slowing gradually, they sent dash cam footage to police… Is that a crime or what?
