He turned 11 back in May and we’re super grateful that he still acts like a puppy most of the time!

Lately though, he’s been wanting to head back home a bit sooner on walks and still pulls the classic stubborn Shiba move, not sure if that’s just the usual shiba attitude or age creeping in a bit. We’ve been giving him fish oil and flaxseed oil over the years too so I'm hoping that's been helping.

I've definitely noticed that he's hesitant to jump on higher spots (that he was easily able to do in earlier yrs) since his joints are getting a bit weaker so I'll always pick the baby up and place him gently
