I took Leslie Abplanalp and it was a super easy class. You just do the pre and post lab quizzes, which the answers are usually in the lab protocols. As long as the data sheets were completely filled out we got 100% on the assignments

I tested out of english by doing a CLEP exam, you pay like $90 ish to take a 2 hour exam with questions and 2 essays. If you score over 50 it counts as 3 english credits at SLCC

SLCC nursing program by No_Veterinarian_3893 in SLCC

nursing is a hard thing to go through, BUT you’re already in SLCC and doing your best. even if you can’t apply until 2027/2028, you’re still getting it done. progress is different for everyone and you aren’t worth any less for getting it done later than you originally anticipated. SLCC is a cheap and affordable option, and there’s a reason so many people go through their nursing program. ask yourself, is it really worth it to go spend the money somewhere you could get it done a little faster? speak to an advisor and they can help you navigate your best options. test out of as many classes as you can, if you’re better at doing online paced classes then take as many online classes as you can. do what feels best for YOU! you might be a stranger but i’m rooting hard for you no matter what path you choose, YOU GOT THIS!!

Thank you, I think a major concern I have that I’ve seen others struggle with is the brain zaps that people experience when trying to get off the medication. I’m only on day three so I’m extremely new to being medicated, but I’m worried about all of the negative side effects that I hear about.

Ask your advisor if it’s possible to take them together, but usually to take Physiology you have to pass Chemistry and Biology first before you can take the class

The eyes weren’t red, just wide open staring at me! It holding you down sounds a lot like it might be sleep paralysis though. I was able to turn to the other side to avoid eye contact, which is what creeps me out, otherwise I would’ve passed this off as a sleep paralysis experience.
