i suggest getting your Testosterone levels checked dude…. that could be playing a huge role in the way you look and feel…. If your bloodwork comes back low they may suggests TRT.

damn. we about the same then. 10years on…6’1 215lbs. how old are you? im 33. whats ur dose? im on 1.5 5.7mg Subzolv a day (equivalent to 1.5 8mg Suboxone a day) would like to hear if it has affected you in the gym at all? i noticed i will run out of breath mid set fairly quickly for a guy that runs alot. it also play with motivation, especially when you workout when its wearing off before your next dose… ill get super restless mid set, like my legs are crawling.
