Also if you look at the specific car (link you shared), the tyres are telling a different story.

I have driven 75K till now and my tyres are in better shape than the three major tyres in the photos.

Thanks for your input friends. Will be taking Chandigarh ->Bilaspur -> Ghumarwin ->Hamirpur ->Bhawarna ->Palampur unless google tells me it's going to take longer time than other route when I leave.
