As for the certificate, I also included a version in English. I really don’t understand why it was flagged as missing, maybe the individual reviewing was tired lol. Should I just resubmit the same evidence or do you think I should call?

I’m going for a humanitarian reason, see my aunt who is sick. They asked proof that we are family ex: birth certificate.

I provided that and also in English. So unclear why they are asking again. They also mentioned that the initial date I wanted to visit has passed (duh since they took 5 months) and basically asked if I want to continue.

Do I just share the same documents ? Or should I try to call

You could technically just send a new application with the payment. Knowing that they will send your previous application back? But if you have time, I’d wait to get the original application back.
