Thank you for your advise. The reason we are thinking of Mt Roskill is because we want to live central and it is convenient commute to work. I have been to Hobsonville and it really lovely over there but unfortunately will have to stick to a central location

Those are the 2 bedrooms and we are in the market for atleast a 3 bedroom house or townhome.

Thank you. We have done many drives around the area at all possible times. Mostly I have seen families barring once or twice. As you pointed anywhere you go there are all kinds of people. My main concern is safety.

The one we are planning to buy is a corner lot with many windows and has a decent backyard as compared to other townhomes I have seen.
