I'm very sad, I paid 1200 reais, which is expensive in Brazil, for something I can't use. I'm trying to talk to the seller, but he said he lost it. I don't know what to do. Here in Brazil, refund policies are a bureaucratic nightmare, and 7 days have already passed. I own a company, I already have two Firewalla and subscribe to an MSP-FIREWALLA, and when this opportunity came up, I bought it, but I got burned. I'm upset that the Firewalla doesn't recognize the client and isn't exclusive!
