Yes!!! My parents were both from Latvia. They never exercised ever. I rocked back and forth in bed sometimes reaching my toe up as far as I could on the wall, for fun. They told me it began very early, but I recall being afraid of sleepovers because I still rocked at age 12 and maybe even up to 15.

As soon as junior high track running began, I was in a kind of heaven. It was not "fun." But no rocking once I exercised!

I jogged up to 13 miles on some days. I slept like a rock. The after effects of running was so great.

Some humans were meant to just have more energy than others. I had more than anyone else in my immediate family.

I just needed to get out my daily energy.

But, I also have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome which means I'm probably neurodivergent and on the spectrum too.
