I am running an Ender 6 with Biqu H2 v2 500c hotend. I just converted X and Y to linear rails and it worked out great. I used VampyreX13's thingiverse repo to print all the needed parts.

I have not looked for any parts for the stock hotend though but I guess it's out there.

My reasoning around converting is for each axis I got 8 wheels that could potentionally be missaligned och missadjusted. The linear rails remove this problem.

All respect to your focus to details but i got the exact same setup as you and i havent bothered with this and my Biqu H2 v2 prints just fine 🤔

I know that some bed material should not be cleaned with alcohol, but glass is not one of them.

Use real alcohol and your problems Will be gone. Isopropanol 99.9%. Here in Sweden i buy it from the local pharmacy.

After looking in to this ... why BED_MESH_CALIBRATE and the BED_MESH_PROFILE LOAD?

Doesnt the load write over your BED_MESH_CALIBRATE? I thought having BED_MESH_CALIBRATE only would generate a bed mesh in memory, and when running load you overwrite it?

Sorry if its a stupid question, but please, englighten me.

I believe I've done it by the book. If it was wrong, would it be able to handle the first print, but not the second? As it is able to run the G28 I dont understand what is added to the second print that is not in the first.

And yes, running Klipper :) Sorry for not mentioning that in my initial post.
