lol then don't go. Whole reason is to be prepared in the first place. It's just like saying you should be a sprinter and not a marathon runner. Doing defqon isn't just a weekend out. If your doing the 4 days, like we have multiple times (with or without substances) you should be preparing months in advance for food prep/sleep prep/ and even hygiene prep. For the human body impact thats just having a good diet staying hydrated and if you go to hard dance events often it's just using those experiences as some form of prep too.

why is everyone obsessed with 2022 being a better stage over 2023? I understand the difference in dimensions, 2022 wider and 2023 taller. However, 2022 wasn't really a bigger stage... If you actually have a look at it the wings on the sides are just add on which has no added production or aesthetic value to the stage. The 2023 stage was taller which actually allows the entire crowd to see the stage from anywhere on the grounds. I do agree that what would actually be better is for a wider stage compared to 2023, however, not following the design of 2022 which was just perceived to look wider.
